Synopsis
Maria is a talented athlete whose life revolves around work, order, and discipline. But when she meets Ivan, an unambitious sportsman from the same club, he awakens emotions she’s long kept suppressed.
About Project
This student film was a formative experience in the early stage of finding my own voice as a filmmaker. While working on it, I felt completely free, and the cinematic tools I used came naturally, born out of inspiration and play.
The lead actress, Višnja, was an incredible support. Her selfless dedication and energy became a benchmark for the kind of relationship I strive to build with actors.
Youthful and at times naïve, it carries an honesty and fearlessness I hope to hold on to, a reminder to stay bold and curious no matter how experienced I become.
